Student Employees

We want all student employees to


believe that they are also student
leaders!
Goals of Student Employee Training
1. Students will be able to identify three components of being a student leader.
2. Students will participate in activities that will provide them with the skills to
become an effective student leader.
3. Students will learn about their personal leadership style.
4. Students will learn about the importance of group leadership and how it
impacts a team.
5. Students will learn about effective communication techniques to better display
their leadership style.
Training Content
1. Leadership

a. Working on a staff with other students it is important to be able to work together effectively to
accomplish goals!

a. The sum of an organization is greater than its individual parts

a. Displays how students will work together in teams
b. Provides a space for students to test out accomplishing a goal together through the trials and
tribulations
