My working experiences more than 03 Years and below mention.
Coating Applicator – Sulfate Removal Facilities Project @ Petrojet
– 05/08/2018 to 13/02/2019 (06 Months),
Coating Applicator – Gardenia Residential Buildings @ Petrojet
– 13/01/2016 to 05/08/2018 (02Years 08 Months).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 Ensure that the weather conditions and surface preparations of the concrete
foundation to be painted are within the acceptable standard as required on
the project specifications.
 Ensure that the correct APCS paint to be used and do the word as Aramco
Standard and instruction data sheets from the paint manufacture.
 First maintained the daily weather condition log during Blasting and
Painting activities.
 The tool complies with the paint manufacturer’s requirements for the
application of the project and that the tool is in good working condition.
  The tool shall be cleaned with solvent before and after each operation and
prior to the addition of new material.
 During paint application checking the Ambient condition, Surface
temperature, Batch number of paint, Quality of paint, Shelf life of paints,
Mixing and Stirring, WFT, Ventilation, etc…
 If some mistake paint works happen, do the correction work as Coating crew
Supervisor & Coating QCI.
 Checking the dry film thickness, coating defects, uniformity and help finish
the final acceptance.
