Technical Notes and Comments:
Offer is strictly based on BOQ.

Our offer is for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HFC-227ea System Only.

We have considered Estimation only for the Dimensions mentioned in the BOQ. If any
additional requirements require during detailed engineering, our offer shall be subjected
to revision and it will be charged extra.

Incoming power supply to the panel along with necessary isolator / MCB and proper earthing
shall be provided by Main contractor.

No Specifications, Riser Diagrams, Setting Out Plans were furnished along with the Mail
details. If any variation comes in future it will be charged extra.

Pipes & Fittings:-

Black Steel ERW pipe as per ASTM A53 Gr- B Sch 40.
Size up to 2” - threaded fittings
Size 2-1/2” Dia and above - grooved fittings

Fire Rated Cables:-

2C X 1.5 sq.mm

Exclusions:
1. All civil works and Fire stop materials required for closing of openings any type of spares,
pipe sleeves for wall crossings, man lift & cranes during execution.
2. Charges for Civil Defense Approval / Any Legal Department & Scaffolding more than 4
meters.
3. Mastic sealant/ Damp proof course for all chambers (where pipe crossing the wall) to be
provided by MEP contractor.
4. Reserve Cylinder, Annunciator Panel, Gas Discharge Test & any type of Spare parts or
extra materials.
5. Pressure Relief Room / Room Venting System, Fire Stop Materials required for closing of
openings.
6. Drop Curtains, Motor Operated Dampers, Door Holders and any other Shutdowns required.
7. Design, Supply, Installation & testing Commissioning for seismic protection. If the same is
required, our offer shall be subjected to be revision and will be charged as extra.

Observations:
1. If any additional material / equipments required during detailed engineering / execution as
per the requirement of Civil Defense / site condition will be charged extra.
2. We have considered 7% concentration & 24.8 bar pressure HFC-227ea System.
3. We have proposed Conventional Fire Suppression Panel for HFC-227ea System.
4. If additional test is required the same shall be charged extra.
5. Gas cylinders location inside the area to be protected, subject to civil defense approval.
6. Assumed all the room enclosure and cylinder storage area temperature are maintained at
21ºC.If any changes our offer shall be subject to revision.
7. All termination work related to General Fire alarm, BMS, HVAC and Electrical system
etc., are not part of our scope of work.
8. We have proposed our standard product for HFC-227ea System only.

We considered HFC-227ea system as per the following given Room dimensions. In future, if
any rooms to be added extra then our offer shall be subjected to be revision and will be charged
extra.
