 Performs Professional nursing care to patients with an assigned unit of the Hospital
 Assesses individual patient needs for nursing care based on: history, results of diagnostic/
laboratory tests, and physical examinations
  Plans and prioritizes nursing care activities according to patient’s condition and needs
 Institutes nursing interventions relevant to the overall plan of care: nursing
