AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

We, EDDIE D. ALDEON, of legal age, Filipino, married with residence and postal
address at Lipayo, Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines, DIOSCORO D. ALDEON, of legal
age, Filipino, married with residence and postal address at Lipayo, Dauin, Negros Oriental,
Philippines and LORNA A. QUIÑONES of legal age, Filipino, married with residence and
postal address at Lipayo, Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say;

1. That we are the surviving heirs of the late SEGUNDO A. ALDEON and FELICIDAD
D. ALDEON, who died on August 14, 2015 and January 15, 2017 respectively in
Lipayo, Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines, without an issue and upon their death
they left without a will nor testament, and no known debt or obligations chargeable
against their estate;

2. That during the lifetime of SEGUNDO ALDEON, he owned a parcel of land located
at Lipayo, Dauin, Negros Oriental, Philippines;

3. That in view thereof, we hereby declare under pain of perjury that we are the only
surviving heirs to succeed the late SEGUNDO ALDEON and FELICIDAD D.
ALDEON, THEREFORE, we are adjudicating unto ourselves the herein-mentioned
parcel of land;

4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth the veracity of the foregoing
declarations as well as for other purpose this may lawfully serve.
