GRAMMAR:

NEAR FUTURE: it is used to speak about the future.

Structure: Verb TO BE (in the present tense) + GOING TO + INFINITIVE of Main Verb
Ex.: HE IS (To Be) + GOING TO + work (main verb in the infinitive) tomorrow = He is going to work tomorrow.

AFFIRMATIVE:
I am going to watch TV tonight.
He is going to travel tomorrow.
She is going to buy clothes next week.
It is going to escape.
You are going to study today.
We are going to write that composition together this weekend.
They are going to run every morning next week.

INTERROGATIVE:
Am I going to watch TV tonight?
Is he going to travel tomorrow?
Is she going to buy clothes next week?
Is it going to escape?
Are you going to study today?
Are we going to write that composition together this weekend?
Are they going to run every morning next week?

NEGATIVE:
I am not going to watch TV tonight.
He is not going to travel tomorrow.
She is not going to buy clothes next week.
It is not going to escape.
You are not going to study today.
We are not going to write that composition together this weekend.
They are not going to run every morning next week.

EXISTENCE (IN THE NEAR FUTURE):

There is going to be a good movie on Saturday.

There’s going to be a good play on Sunday.
