Sub: Work order for Supplying of Water tanker with Tractor & Trolley arrangement of capacity 4 KL
on monthly hire basis.

With reference to above captioned subject, herewith we pleased to place work for Water tanker with
Tractor & trolley in the following terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Machines shall be utilized as per our Requirement day/night.

2. Hire charges of machines will start from the day Machines Reaches at our site.
3. Any break down of machines due to mechanical fault/operator will be deducted from your
A/c.
4. Diesel & Water required for the machines shall be provided by us till the requirement of
work (other than consumption due to mechanical faults).
5. Credit Period for payment of monthly will be 15 days after date of submission of bill.
6. The accommodation of operator/driver is provided by us.
7. Tax deduction as per Government norms.
8. In case of any accident or misshapen occurred from your machine shall be borne by you
and nor any compensation or claim shall be given by us.
9. This work order will be terminated without any prior notice to you, if your performance is
not satisfactory.
