fact it was not.

Plaintiff Juan Ponce Enrile is 15 years old, the only child of the spouses _____________
and _____________, both being dead, and he is represented in this suit for reconveyance of real
property which he inherited from his parents when the latter died in 1999 and said parcel
of land was registered in the name of the defendant, in trust and for the benefit of plaintiff.
For the purpose of this suit, Pedro dela Cruz alleges that he is an uncle of the plaintiff, that
he has the interest of the plaintiff at heart, and prays of the Honorable Court that he be
appointed guardian ad litem, to represent the plaintiff and protect his interests in the
instant case.
