SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, KENNY MELODY HOTINGOY, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and a resident of
Dumaguete City, and the Corporate Secretary of X and L House Inc. with principal address at Dauin,
Negros Oriental, have this day appointed JOSIE CABALLERO, of legal age, single and a resident of
Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to do the following things on
my behalf:

1. To facilitate, verify, process and secure the Corporate Tax Identification Number of X and
L House Inc.

2. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver whatever documents and/or papers to effect with
his power stated in this authorization pertinent to the above-described authority.

3. To designate, hire and/or appoint attorney-at-law to protect our rights and interest related
to his power stated herein.

4. This special power of attorney shall remain effective until revoked or until the above
purpose has been accomplished.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney–in-fact full powers and authority to do
and perform all acts and deeds as may be requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present
with full power of substitution and revocation; and hereby ratifying and confirming all acts that may
have been done by the said Attorney-in-fact relative to the powers set forth in this instrument.
