Dark chocolate is a confectionary product made from chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa
powder, and vanilla. The Chocolove Dark Chocolate Bar contains 55% cocoa. An individual bar
Because dark chocolate contains less sugar and a higher percentage of cocoa than milk
chocolate, it has a more bitter flavor, resulting in a mostly adult consumer base. The Chocolove
Dark Chocolate Bar is intended to be eaten straight from the package. Upon eating, the
sweetness gives way to toasty cocoa with hints of malt, and then finishes with a light cocoa
flavor. In addition, this bar may also be used by the consumer in making confectionary products.
