AFFIDAVIT OF NON-RENTAL

I, MA. CRISTINA B. ARRABACA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of

Zone 4, Upper Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City after having been subscribed
to an oath, depose and say, that:

1. I am the President/CEO of BOTOY’s LECHON FRANCHISING CORP., a

domestic corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine Laws
with its main office located at Tambo-Scions,Canito-an, Cagayan de Oro
City, Philippines;

2. As we are into franchising business, we are holding an office where

we meet our prospect franchisee located at Tambo-Scions, Canitoan,
Cagayan de Oro City;

3. The said office is the ground floor of the residence of the Chairman
and owner of Botoy’s Lechon Franchising Corp.;

4. To save some cost, the said Botoy’s Lechon Franchising Corp. is not
paying any rent subject to an agreement that we will only pay the utility
bills like consumption of water and electricity;

5. That this arrangement is consented to by the owner-chariman;

6. That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
