ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN ICT

I. Introduction
Information Technology (I.T.) is concerned with the development, management and
use of computer-based information systems. I.T. now a day is very important not only to
pupils but to teachers also, that’s why our most important accomplishment is the continued
success in providing high quality, reliable service and support to our pupils and our co-
workers.

II. Accomplishment
1. Pupils from Kindergarten to Grade VI, together with their teacher, conducted their classes in
eClassroom.
2. Participated in the Preparation of Rep Report Presentation with Dr. Jade Alberto last
November 13-14, 2018.
3. Successfully submitted the End of the SY Data on the EBEIS on the 7 th of May, 2018
4. Finalized the list of classes on the Learner Information System for the S.Y. 2017-2018.
5. Attended the LRMDS on ________
6. Prepared video presentation for the Continuous Improvement Project of Camalig South
Central School during the Mock Symposium July 20, 2018 and 2nd Regional Symposium held
last July 27, 2018.
7. Assisted in the consolidation of District Reports such as the List of PBB Eligibility, SBFP
Terminal Report and EHRIS Status.
8. Assisted in the creation of Deped Email for the newly hired teachers.
9. Received the DCP batch 42 package on ________

IV. Problems Encountered

1. E-Classroom is used as a temporary classroom due to the major repair of the Gabaldon Bldg.
2. One of the UPS delivered during the installation of the DCP batch 42 was damaged.
