Ulzi Announces Continued Momentum Led by More Than Doubling App

Company Doubles User Base, Expands Marketing Geographically and Hits College Campuses
Statewide.

San Luis Obispo, CA, February 28, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Ulzi, the safety net app, today announced
tremendous user growth led by doubling its week-over-week performance. Since its initial beta launch on
February 7th, Ulzi doubled its user base by 221%, expanded its suite of features, and set over 200
meetings with interested partners, media and college campuses statewide. This continued company
momentum speaks to significant market opportunity and demand for the social safety net app technology
delivered by Ulzi.

"Our rapid growth is the result of our aggressive marketing in the Greek Life and College campus space
as well as outreach to potential cause and B2B partners. Through our relentless focus on user success and
safety app innovation, we are quickly gaining traction in work safety and cause organizations," said Elan
Timmons, CEO and co-founder of Ulzi. "Over the past 3 years, we've invested heavily in research and
app development technology that is not only satisfying a need on student and work campuses but
communities at large. As a result, we are emerging as the essential social safety app to have."

Safety has become a primary focus for natural disaster and violent crime organizations over the past
several years. According to Calfire more than 8,500 wildfires burned nearly 1.9 million acres in
California this year, making it the worst fire season on record. The chaos and safety hazards from such
events made these natural disasters even harder on communities and strained resources. In addition, last
year, an estimated 1,247,321 violent crimes occurred nationwide. UCR and RAINN reported that among
undergraduate college students, “23.1% of females and 5.4% of males experience rape or sexual assault
through physical force or violence.” Prevention and safety will become increasingly more important
year-over-year and to date the lack of effective and integrated communication platforms have been a core
issue for such organizations.

Ulzi is the first-ever communication app that makes safety a part of users' daily interactions by integrating
social connection and notifications. The initial beta launch is just a sneak peek of what is to come with
this app. Future plans include natural disaster community notifications and assistance as well as adding a
new Teal Alert, which will mark a place safe and focus on Ulzi safety ratings.

"Ulzi's unwavering commitment to social safety has enabled our Greek community to watch out for each
other more effectively, we really wanted to take a stance against sexual assault and we love what Ulzi is
doing,” commented Jordan Wei, former AEPi president.

Ulzi is an innovative company delivering cutting-edge technology and data-driven intelligence that can
help make individuals and communities safer. As part of the tremendous growth, Ulzi has achieved a
number of major milestones, including:

Exceptional User Growth Performance: Ulzi reports more than doubling their user database and a 50%
increase week over week in DAU (Daily Active Users).

Geographic Expansion: Ulzi's initial launch has and will continue to focus on Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
campus. They recently expanded marketing presence into major Universities throughout California
including UCSB, UCLA and UCI to name a few. In mid 2019, Ulzi has plans for expansion into the
government sector for natural disasters and major University and Corporate campuses nationwide for
student and work safety.

Greek Life Campus App Adaption: Over 200 state and nationwide Greek life organizations have reached
out to Ulzi since launch earlier this month. Chapters are downloading and taking the Ulzi pledge,
committed to making their communities safer.

Launched Globally Focused Website: Ulzi did a complete website overhaul and recently launched their
revised site with new brand messaging, a community platform for two-way engagement, safety tips and
mentors as well as community highlights. It also includes showcasing the up-to-date number of Join the
Ulzi Map movement supporters.

About Ulzi: As a technology company revolutionizing software's role in personal safety, Ulzi is focused
on building safer communities - instead of just safer people. Like the Neighborhood Watch of the past,
Ulzi relies on neighbors, friends, and family to keep each other out of weird situations, make sure
emergency responders are contacts and create safe environments together. But unlike the traditional
Neighborhood Watch model, Ulzi facilitates smarter safety practices and notifications with tools built on
machine learning, crowd-sourcing and data analysis.
