level 3. He improved in grammar, reading,
speaking and listening. He studies away from
class and asked excellent questions. He was a
very good student.

2. Mazen Abdulfatah Omar
- 30% 55% 30% He did not pass level 2. Mr. Mazen should
have been placed in level 1. His attendance,
desire to learn and motivation were very
good. He should do well in level 1 and then
move up.

3. Alaa Al Deen Mostafa Al 83% 67% 78% 68% He passed level 2. He still needs to practice
Hoth the level 2 grammar topics. I suggest a
placement test prior to joining level 3. It will
ensure he has a good understanding of level
2. I suggest he completes all the exercises in
the level 2 student and work book before
starting level 3.

60% 65% 73% 50% He passed level 2 with a low grade. I suggest
he re-takes level 2 or even starts at level 1 to
achieve stronger foundation in the grammar.
He did improve in reading, listening and
speaking. He was committed to the course,
had an excellent attitude and level of
participation.

5. Eslam Elawady Absent 90% 75% Absent He passed but had many absences. He
understood the topics and did well on quizzes
taken. If he self-studies the level 2 student
and workbook he may effectively place in
level 3.

6. Tariq Al Harbi 93% 87% 91% 70% He passed level 2. He had excellent
attendance, class participation and overall
performance. He studies English away from
class, which will be the key to his continued
improvement.

student. This course was a review. He
attendance was excellent. He assisted the
other students and taught some of the
review lessons. It was pleasure to have him in
the class.

understanding of the grammar concepts,
however, he should study more away from
class. He improved in grammar, and
speaking. To improve in listening he should
watch English videos without subtitles. With
this extra work, he should place in level 3.

had excellent attendance. He improved in all
areas of English learning. He should keep
practicing to progress into level 3.

He performed well in all areas of learning
English. He supported and encouraged his
classmates. He should do very well in level 3
and 4 to gain more proficiency in speaking,
listening, reading and grammar.

understanding of grammar. He was weak in
pronunciation which improved during the
course. His presentations improved in
fluency, vocabulary usage and organization
by the end of the course. With hard work, he
should be able to enter a level 3 English
