Objectives : By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:

a. answer all 5 comprehension questions correctly
b. Rewrite the sentences in the flow map

Prior Knowledge : Pupils know a few superheroes and could describe them with words or phrases.

17th
October
I went to the bank today. I looked towards the
counters and saw a few men wearing mask. They were
pointing their pistols at the bank clerks.
I quickly entered the restroom and changed into my
Justice Man costume. I ran out to the counters. The men
in mask looked at me in shock. They then pointed their
pistols at me.Using my strength and martial arts skills. I
managed to get their pistols. The thieves then ran out of
the bank, jumped into their van and sped away.
I signalled for Justice Car to come to me and arrived
within minutes. I jumped into Justice Car and went
searching for the thieves. I flew over Makhim City and
soon found their van. The thieves realized I was behind
them.I then instructed Justice Car to shoot at one of the
van’s Tyree.The van soon came to a stop.
The thieves hurriedly ran out of their van. I instructed
Justice Car to drop a huge net over the thieves. The
police soon arrived and thanked me for catching the
thieves.They had already robbed many banks.
