Nurse Bela : Good morning, Mrs. Trifiana. I am Reza Bela. You can call me Bela.
I am a nurse in change this shift.

Mrs. Trifiana : Good morning, Nurse Bela. It’s a pleasure to see you. Let me
introduce to you my sister. This is Puji. She is my sister. She is a employess bank.

Nurse Bela : I see. So, Ms. Puji is your sister, what about her ?

Is she your daughter ?

Mrs Trifiana : Oh, yes. She is my mother. Her name is Tanti who always takes
care of me. And the girl beside my daughter is Sabila, She is my Niece.

Nurse Bela : (Looking at the girl which touch IV drips or therapy intravenous).
Oh Mis, I’m so sorry you cannot touch IV drips. Only the ward sister which can
touch IV drips.

Mrs. Tanti : Oh, i‘m so sorry, but it was very low to drips.

Nurse Bela : Yes Ms. But, it was very dangerous for patient safety. So only the
ward sister can touch it.

Mrs. Tanti : Ok. I will not do it again.

(Then Sabila enter to the wards)

Nurse Bela : (Looking at Sabila bringing a flowers) Oh Miss, I am Sorry you

cannot bring flower into the wards.

Ms Sabila : Oh, I am sorry, but my aunt very like with rose flower.

Nurse Bela : Yes Miss, I know about that, but it will be harmful for Mrs Trifiana.
I hope that you understand .

Ms Sabila : Never mind, I will bring the flower out.

Nurse Bela : Thank you Miss.

Ms Sabila : You’re welcome. It’s pleasure to attend the visitor’s code

Ms.Puji : Oh excusme, I will take away my phone

Nurse Bela : Oh Miss Puji, Iam sorry you can’t turn on the mobile phone in the
wards

Mrs Puji : Oh, Iam sorry Nurse, It’s very important

patient
