 Math: We will continue working on identifying numbers and the counting  Tuesday, March 5th: Tutoring
sequence. We will also be comparing numbers and making addition and group 1
subtraction numbers stories. We will also be working with numbers from  Thursday, March 7th: Tutoring
11-19 to gain foundations for place value. group 2.
 Language: We will continue working on building stamina through our  Friday, March 8th: Spelling test
daily 5 routines. We will keep on working on identifying beginning, middle sight words, beginning, middle
and ending sounds (Mm, Ss, Aa short a, Cc, Tt, Pp, Nn, Ff, Bb, Ii). We will and ending sounds.
continue working with letter I, I (long and short). We will talk about verbs  Friday, March 8th: Houses activity
in past tense.
 Unit of Inquiry: We will start inquiring about our new unit “A living
kingdom”. During this unit we will be learning about cycles, patterns of
growth, changes of living things during their lifetime.

Homework routine:
 Monday: IXL S.1 and E.1 for 20 minutes.
 Tuesday: Literacy, tic tac toe notebook.
 Wednesday: Mathematics, measurement.
 Thursday: Literacy, reading log.
 Friday: Bring sight words and homework routine.
