I, BIENVINIDO D. LACSON of legal age, Filipino, presently residing at

Malagasang 1-C City of Imus Cavite City, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am a childhood friend/neighbor of EFREN S.

SARANGHILO.

2. That I have known him in the name of EFREN S. SARANGHILO

since childhood.

3. That I am executing this affidavit in order that EFREN S.

SARANGHILO can get a Senior Citizen’s Card and for all legal intents and
purposes;
