I am a law student pursuing BA LLB in Chanakya national law university. I want to draw your
attention towards the arbitrary action of Bihar govt. the state compell the aanganwadi workers,
Aanganwadi supervisor, About Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) workers, ANM (nursing)
workers, to work for open defecation free (ODF). It is good work for the betterment of society but
at which cost. They are working since morning 4-7 and from 6-8/9 to stop defecation in free. They
have do their duty also from 10pm-5pm. There is no extra payment for their work. There is security
issue also to them, there is always fear of rape, molestation while going from city to countryside in 3
am morning. These compulsion is totally violation of not only fundamental right but also human
right.

Please take action against this arbitrary action of state. you can also find the truth. IT IS THE
MATTER OF KAIMUR (BHABHUA) DISTRICT OF BIHAR STATE.

I shall be highly oblige for your action.
