 Stepped up when lead teacher was hospitalized for several weeks and created lesson plans in unfamiliar subjects,
and utilized multiple learning styles to meet the needs of individual students.
 Successfully established my presence as the new teacher and developed positive relationships with the students,
faculty, and office staff.
 Implemented classroom management strategies and created a healthy learning environment. Once the teacher
returned after full recovery, the students thanked me with notes, offered gifts, and petitioned for me to stay.
