Please  affix  on  this  Admit  Card  two  copies  of  the  same  photograph  as  submitted  with  the  MAT  Form.  Get  the  photographs  attested  with  seal  by  Gazetted
Officer / Notary / Principal of your Degree College from where you have graduated or is graduating. The Admit Card duly completed is to be produced at the
test centre for appearing in the test. Admit Card will be verified and signed by the invigilator during the test. The Upper Half of the Admit Card will be collected
by the invigilator and the Lower Half will be handed over to you.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carry this Admit Card duly completed along with blue / black Ball Point Pen to the test centre.
2. Answers have to be marked in the OMR Answer Sheet using blue / black Ball Point Pen only.
3. Mobile and other infotech gadgets are NOT allowed inside test centre campus.
4. Request for change of Test Centre/Test Mode will not be entertained.

Note: The candidate appearing for the test with this Admit Card is required to complete the documentation; by filling the requisite particulars and/or by
signing in the following only: 
(1) Admit Card, (2) Attendance Sheet, (3) Answer Sheet & (4) Question Booklet
Candidates are NOT required to provide their personal particulars like Mobile No, Email Id, Address, etc. to anybody in or outside the test centre to
appear in the test.
