What to prep/bring 
● Wrestlers 
○ Before Tues. 10/9 , submit to Nicole ( nicole.lim@weareher.com ) for approval: 
■ Final persona & costume idea:  
● Anything goes for entry costume; for wrestling outfit, keep skin tight & 
non­absorbent; be prepared for full exposure  
■ Entry music genre and script (e.g., short smack talk ). Things to keep in mind: 
● #1 priority: keep  crowd engaged 
● Focus on visuals:  keep audio script short and simple ­ assume sound/mic 
might not be heard (noisy, people milling about) 
● Bright daylight ­ no control of light system 
■ Pre­fight interaction with wrestling partner 
○ On day of: 
■ Your costume and props! 
■ Towel to shower after, change of clothes, toiletries 
● Ring Peeps:  two outfits for lube wrestling + dance party 
● Ref:  shirt + whistle, towel/change of clothes 
● Judges:  yourselves!  

Winner Selection 
● 14 Wrestlers → 7 total matches; ONE match each 
● Match Winner 
○ Judges give each wrestler a score from 1­10 based on criteria below 
○ Highest score wins; if tie, MCs choose winner 
● Overall Champion : MCs choose Top 3 favorite wrestlers → Audience cheer­off (MCs gauge) 

Judging Criteria (out of max 10 points) 
● (7 pts.) Showmanship 
○ Persona/stage name 
○ Costume 
○ Entry/entourage 
○ Wrestler drama (think WWE / GLOW) 
○ Wrestling style 
○ Audience participation/cheering  
● (3 pts.) Athletic performance / sportsmanship : competitive AND safe

Safety Rules for Contestants 
● Sign waiver; bring personal health insurance card 
● In the ring: 
○ Wrestle on knees (TBC) 
○ No going for head/neck; no scratching, bite, pinching, etc. 
○ No strings on bikini, bras or sports bras 
○ Cover piercings and nipples with tape 
● NO DRINKING prior to match 
● Only Wrestlers + Ref allowed in the ring 
● EMTs will be present

■ (2­3 min.)  Wrestler #1 and #2  interaction and lubing up  [ Ring Peeps / HER Crew] 
● (3 min.)  Wrestling 
○ (1 min.) Wrestlers enter ring and start on opp. sides on their knees;  Ref  in ring 
○ (2 min.) Wrestling  [  HER Crew assist with timekeeping up with DJ] 
■ Ref  resets if wrestlers too close to edges or pinned 
■ 3 Ring Peeps + HER Crew  on Staging Area side keep wrestlers in ring 
■ Re­lube as necessary w/ squirters, buckets  [ Ring Peeps / Judges] 
● (1 min.)  Judging  
○ Judges  hold up score cards for  Wrestler #1,  then  Wrestler #2 [MC coordinates ­ all 
scores go up at once and hold up until HER Crew can write down and total] 
○ HER Crew  totals scores and puts on face roster 
● (1 min.)  WINNER announcement  
○ MCs  announce WINNER;  Ref  holds up WINNER’s hand in Ring 
○ MCs  get comments from  J udges 
● (2 min.)  Exit 
○ Wrestlers  exit from Ring to Lube­off Pool; WINNER/LOSERS interviewed 
○ Wrestlers  toweled off  by  Ring Peeps  and head to Green Room; stay in costume to wait 
for final 3 audience cheer­off; lower scores can start showering  
 
● (5 min.) OVERALL WINNER:  MC select top 3 wrestlers from Top 5 scores for audience cheer­off 
○ Need face roster (printout with matchups); will add scores and circle top 5 wrestlers
