Computer Science and Engineering The students’ academic background should be:
(CSE)
Engineering Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering The students’ academic background should be:
(MTR)
Mechatronics and Robotics, Computers and Automatic control, Power
Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering and Mechanical
Design. Students are expected to have good knowledge of Control
Engineering, Electronics and Programming.
The scholarship’s support is dependent upon the student good standing with the E-JUST graduate
program in which he/she is registered. An evaluation progress report will be sent semi-annually
to the sponsor reporting about the student’s study level, including the student transcript,
academic advisor report, and the updated student research situation.
Scholarships are full-time scholarships; this means that E-JUST students are fully devoting to their
study and research in E-JUST and are not allowed to work elsewhere during their scholarships’
period.
3 Written Examination and Interview Sunday, May 12– Thursday, May 16, 2019
Entrance exam will include two parts, one hour each. The first part is a general graduate examination
and the second is a technical examination.
Mechanical Power and Energy Engineering (include Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat
Transfer, Combustion Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Heat Exchangers,
Renewable and Alternative Energy, and Basic Concepts of Electrical Engineering)
The candidate conducts a 15-minute presentation by PPT (Power Point Presentation) for his/her
research proposal in front of an evaluation committee. The presentation is followed by 15-minute
discussion with the candidate to evaluate the main points given in the research proposal and to
evaluate the candidate’s research potential.
Applicants are required to provide a copy of the research proposal report and a “six slides per page”
handout on a white background for the Power Point presentation
2- If the accepted applicant for M.Sc. degree requested to transfer his application from M.Sc. to
Ph.D. after passing M.Sc. entrance examination, technical and personal interview, he/she should
reapply on the website by filling new application then pass all the admission procedures for the
Ph.D. degree.
3- If any applicant would like to transfer from a department to another during the interview; the
applicant should fill and sign a “Transfer Form” to the admission office approved by the dean of
the school and the chairperson of the department he/she wishes to transfer from and the dean
of the school and the chairperson of the department he/she wishes to transfer to, in addition the
applicant should obtain the subject exam of the new department.
4- If any applicant would like to transfer from department to another after being accepted and
admitted in that department, the applicant should reapply from the beginning by filling a new
application and go through all the admission procedures.
5- If any student would like to postpone his/her enrolment, the deadline is the second week from
the beginning of the semester, otherwise he/she is considered as withdraw and/she he should
re-apply from the beginning.
