Sub: Intimation for Upgrading FTTH Connectivity

Dear Sir,

‘AIRTEL’ would like to begin the work of laying FTTH connectivity in HMM Apartment, Plot No.
6, Sector-10, Dwarka, from Existing Copper Network to Fiber Network for High Bandwidth.
During the course of execution we will need to dig pits/open trenching method inside the
premises. We will do the vertical wiring and install conduit pipe and ODF and FAT boxes in shaft
upon completion of work, we shall restore the area worked on to its original condition. In case
any underground pipeline and cable (Telephone and other parallel services) gets damaged
during the course of our work, we shall restore the same at our cost.

We further wish to inform you that we shall try and do the work with minimum possible disturbance
to the Residents. However, since this is a work on ground, we shall appreciate your support in
dealing with the residents during the course of our work if required. Our representatives shall be
working in close co-ordination with you.
