IQAS DIY Guide: Documents Evaluation (ECA) for Canada PR / Express Entry - Ask Kubeir
If you have a completed post-secondary credential, in most cases you don’t need to submit secondary school
credentials. Following is a country specific document requirement list for post-secondary credentials.

Now go to your e-mail. There should be 2 emails in your inbox

1. 1st e-mail: This is a confirmation e-mail containing ECA application & ECA Checklist.
2. 2nd e-mail: This is “Purchase Receipt” if you have made online payment. This e-mail should be printed and
sent to IQAS along with other documents. If you are making payment through bank draft/money order
option, then you will not get this e-mail until the payment is cleared.
Download Application Form & Checklist. Print both. You need to include this in
your application package. See next page for details.
The Application ID is your

reference number. This
number can also be found in

You’ll get this e-mail instantly only if you are

making online payment through credit/debit

For payment through bank draft etc. you will
get only after payment is cleared.

Note:
1. Request of Academic Records Form is optional. IQAS advises to send it for easy understanding of the
duration. However, you can omit it if unobtainable.
2. If the university hands over the sealed envelope to you, you can put that sealed envelope plus your 2nd
envelope in a bigger envelope and send it. Sealed envelopes from multiple universities can be sent
together. DON’T FORGET TO WRITE IQAS REFERENCE NUMBER ON TOP OF THE ENVELOPE.
