SECTION I: POSITION SUMMARY

Work with Construction Manager to ensure the section availability to the best possible level by keeping all the
equipment’s in good working condition through proper maintenance.
SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Review building plans, drawings, and specifications & ascertain scope of works.
Core Job  Coordinating & guiding the team for the proper quantity take off & summarizing.
Responsibilities:  Design Verifications of the projects including Pipe Sizing, Pump Head Calculations,
ESP calculations etc.
 Designing & preparing plumbing & mechanical shop drawings.
 Directly supervise maintenance activities of section on day to day basis
 Allocation of workers depending upon skill.
 Giving proper guidance to supervisor to have efficient output.
 Solving the technical issues in the site for a smooth work progress of the project
 Preparing material status, releasing the material as requirement.
 Preventive and plan maintenance activities of section
 Prepare purchase requests for necessary materials at site
 Ensures implementation of safety measures during maintenance activities
 To ensures the proper housekeeping and t adequate safety precautions.
 Floating enquiries to the vendors, and inspection after receiving the materials.
 Regular Site Visit to check the installation works adequately.
 Coordinate with other departmental engineers for the plant smooth operation.
 Attend the daily technical meeting and weekly, monthly meetings and the assigned
seminars etc.

Educational  Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from LBS College of

Qualifications: Engineering in 2006 Graduate in Engineering (Electrical)

Years of Experience:  6 years

 Having exposure in Design, Estimation & Execution of Mechanical &
Nature of Experience:
Plumbing Services for a variety of buildings viz. High Rise Residential,
Commercial, Hotels, Hospitals, Labor Accommodation, Shopping Malls,
Schools, Private Palaces, Warehouses, District Cooling Plants, Service Stations
