 Quick Installation Guide
1. Product Introduction
Friendess laser cutting control system is composed of two independent systems:
FSCUT2000C/3000C cutting system and BCS100 height control system. Detailed instructions
"FSCUT2000C/3000C Laser Control System User manual' and 'BCS100 Capacitive Height
Controller User Manual' are available for each control system. Please read through the user
manual for detailed knowledge. This manual is for installation guide only.

2. Product Details
FSCUT2000C/3000C system contains the following parts: BMC1604/1605 V2 motion
control card, BCL3766 I/O board, WKB wireless controller and relevant cables.

BMC1604 V2 motion control BMC1605 V2 motion control WKB V6.0 wireless controller and
card card receiver

BCL 3766 I/O external board C37-40 extension wire C37-2/ C62-2/ C15-1.5 cable

BCS100 V7 height control system contains the following parts: Master controller, amplifier
and relevant cables.

DB 37-pin socket

After the hardware is installed, insert USB receiver of WKB controller to computer, then
start the computer and install the software. (FSCUT Software is available on the
"www.fscut.com - download- Cypcut", or you can directly contact us for software download.
The drivers of control card and WKB controller will be installed automatically with the
software.)

4. BCS100 Height Control System Installation

BCS100 height controller is mainly connected with computer network, pre-amplifier,
servo motor and limit switches. Connection diagram is shown as below.
