Brief Scope of supply for Reciprocating Gas Compressor Package :

Scope of each compressor package (single skid) shall include but not limited to the following:

In case due to transportation reasons, single skid is not feasible the skid shall be shipped in two numbers
suitable for bolting & dowelling at site.

- Reciprocating Gas Compressor.

- Electric Motor

- Inlet gas strainer with piping spool piece at inlet to each stage.

- Coupling with non-sparking guards.

- Sole plates for skid mounted compressor package, Common base plate for compressor, driver &
associated auxiliaries i.e. lube oil system etc

- Lubrication system for compressor

- Packing lubrication system with lubricator and piping.

- Suction & Discharge pulsation suppressors for each stage.

- Closed circuit cooling system for cylinders and pressure packing (as required)

- Process gas inter cooler / after cooler (as required).

- Suction separator for each stage & inter-stage KOD/separators.

- Drain pots for pulsation dampeners.

- Crank case explosion device.

- Capacity control system

- Instrumentation and control system as specified on data sheets, P&ID’s, Instrumentation design
basis/specifications including local panel, console gauge boards etc.

- Vibration & temperature monitoring system

- All the relays for repeat signals to local panel and main control room.
- Impulse and pneumatic piping / tubing, including all valves, fittings and mounting accessories to install
all vendor supplied instruments.

- Separate junction boxes for different type of signals like intrinsically safe signals, alarm, shutdown,
thermocouples, RTD’s etc. for interfacing to local panel and main control room. 3-way junction boxes for
connecting the local panel mounted analog indicator in series with the control room receiver.

- All cables between probes and local panel / MCR. - All electrical equipments and controls.

- NRV, compressor discharge valve type at final discharge of each compressor.

- Relief valve at discharge of each stage.

- All utility interconnections - All interconnecting piping, fittings, valves, wiring and tubing within
package/various consoles/ heat exchangers along with supports.

- All inspection and test, as specified, including field trial run test for 72 hours.

- Supervision of erection and commissioning and performance guarantee by equipment manufacturer.

- Torsional Analysis, pulsation study as per design approach of API618.

- All drawings and data as required as per document requirement.

- Mandatory spares as specified. - Spares for commissioning / startup for compressor - Quotation for
recommended two years normal operation spares

- Special tools & tackles as recommended by vendor.

- Foundation bolts

- Initial fill & subsequent requirement of lubricants.

- Erection supervision at site.

- Painting of vendor supplied equipments.

- Installation of hot piping.

- Operation & maintenance manual

- Optional price for operation & maintenance service for a period of seven years from the date of
handover of package to owner.
