Activity Information

HOME INVASION 10-51392

On 10/22/2010, Deputies assigned to Superior Township responded to the 9000 block of Warren Road for a home
invasion that had just occurred. The Deputies discovered the suspect pushed open a pane of glass in the door and
reached inside and opened the door to gain entry. The homeowner confronted the suspect and the suspect fled the
residence. The time of occurrence was from 12:45 PM on 10/22/2010. An unknown number of personal checks were
taken. The suspect description is listed below.
Suspect- Black Male approximately 18-24 years old 5’6”-5’9” 160-170 with a short beard/last seen wearing a
black T-shirt with “D-town” or “O-town” written on it in silver lettering.

HOME INVASION 10-51497

On 10/22/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 1000 block of Lexington Parkway
Boulevard for a home invasion that had just occurred. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) cut a screen and
opened an unlocked window to gain entry. The homeowner heard a noise and went to investigate and saw the
suspect in a bedroom. The suspect fled out a window. The time of occurrence was from 11:10 PM on 10/22/2010. A
playstation game system was taken. The suspect description is listed below.
Suspect-Unknown Male 5’11” medium build/last seen wearing all black clothing and a dark hat. *The
homeowner did not see the suspects face.

BURGLARY 10-51537

On 10/23/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 2000 block of Golfside Drive for a
burglary complaint. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) smashed out a bedroom window and crawled through to
gain entry. The time of occurrence was from 9:00 PM on 10/22/2010 to 1:30 AM on 10/23/2010. A playstation
game system, laptop computer, and miscellaneous medications were taken. There is no suspect information at this
time.

BURGLARY 10-51570

On 10/23/2010, Deputies assigned to Salem Township responded to the 8000 block of Chubb Road for a burglary of
a shed complaint. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) opened an unlocked window to gain entry. The time of
occurrence was from 06/01/2010 to 10/23/2010. A push mower, weed whip, and riding lawn mower were taken.
There is no suspect information at this time.

BURGLARY/UDAA 10-51593

On 10/23/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 100 Johnson Street Drive for a burglary
of a residence where a vehicle was stolen. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) crawled through an unlocked
bedroom window to gain entry. The suspect(s) located a set of vehicle keys and took a vehicle that was parked in the
driveway. The time of occurrence was from 12:45 PM to 3:45 PM on 10/23/2010. There is no suspect information at
this time. The stolen vehicle is listed below.
2006 Ford F-150 Pickup Truck/dark green in color

HOME INVASION/ROBBERY 10-51642

On 10/23/2010, Deputies assigned to Superior Township responded to the 8000 block of Barrington Drive for a
strong armed robbery that had just occurred. The Deputies discovered the victim had just returned to her residence
and heard a knock at the door. The victim answered the door and the suspect (listed below) told the victim that he
had the wrong house. The suspect then opened the screen door and grabbed the victim’s purse (which the victim had
wrapped around her shoulder). The suspect fled the scene. The time of occurrence was at 8:20 PM on 10/23/2010. A
purse (with white in color with red trim) was taken. The suspect information is listed below.
Suspect-Black Male 25 years old 5”11” “heavy build” with a mustache/last seen wearing a light blue
Michigan shirt with dark pants.

BURGLARY 10-51725

On 10/24/2010, Deputies assigned to York Township responded to the 8000 block of Carpenter Road for a burglary
of a barn complaint. The Deputies discovered the suspect(s) pried off a deadbolt lock to gain entry. The time of
occurrence was from 11:00 PM on 10/23/2010 to 8:30 AM on 10/24/2010. A stereo, two speakers and two
amplifiers were taken. There is no suspect information at this time.

BURGLARY/LARCENY 10-51807

On 10/24/2010, Deputies assigned to Superior Township responded to the 1000 block of Wexford Boulevard for a
burglary of a garage complaint that had just occurred. The Deputies discovered the homeowner went to close her
garage door when she saw the suspect going through her vehicle. The homeowner screamed and the suspect took off
running. The suspect opened an unlocked car door to gain entry. The time of occurrence was at 7:30 PM on
10/24/2010. Miscellaneous cassette tapes and cd’s were taken. The suspect description is listed below.
Suspect-Black Male Unknown age slender build/last seen wearing dark pants and a black or dark hooded
sweatshirt.
*This case is still under investigation

ARMED ROBBERY 10-51873

On 10/25/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township responded to the 2000 block of East Ellsworth Road for an
armed robbery that just occurred. The Deputies discovered the two suspects entered the store while the cashier was
in the back room. The cashier came out of the backroom and was confronted by the two suspects, who were wearing
masks and one suspect had a gun, who yelled at the cashier to empty the cash register. One of the suspects hit the
cashier in the face (with his fist) and took the cash register drawer (which had money inside). Both of the suspects
fled the scene. The time of occurrence was at 2:20 AM on 10/25/2010. An unknown amount of money was taken.

Suspect 1: Black Male Unknown age 5’9” 180 /last seen wearing a dark color- blue or black jacket, dark
jeans, white/green tennis shoes and white gloves. The suspect also had a black mask covering part of his face.
Had a silver semi-auto handgun.

Suspect 2-Black Male Unknown age 5’8” 175/last seen wearing a white/black jacket which had black sleeves
and a black/white hood. The rest of the jacket was white. The suspect also had dark jeans and white tennis
shoes and a black mask covering part of his face.
*This case is still under investigation

On 10/23/2010, Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Township conducted a traffic stop on West Michigan Avenue near
Wallace Avenue. The Deputies contacted the driver and discovered he was wanted on several outstanding warrants.
The subject was arrested without incident and lodged at the County Jail.

On 10/24/2010, Deputies assigned to Scio Township responded to the 800 block of Apricot Lane for an attempt
warrant arrest. The Deputies contacted a subject and discovered he was wanted on several outstanding warrants. The
subject was arrested without incident and lodged at the County Jail.

disorderly person complaint. The Deputies contacted a subject and discovered she was wanted on an outstanding
warrant. The subject was arrested without incident and lodged at the County Jail.
