1. Geography

China is located in Asia. China’s bordering countries are North Korea, Russia, Mongolia,

Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and more. China's capital is Beijing. China's climate are July is the

hottest month in Beijing with an average temperature of 81°F 27°C and the coldest is January at

25°F 4°C with the most daily sunshine hours at 12 in June. The wettest month is August with an

average of 182 mm of rain. China's western border is formed by the China Sea, which is divided

into two distinct sections: the East​ ​China​ ​Sea and the South​ ​China​ ​Sea. China's freshwater lakes

include Poyang, Dongting, Taihu, and Hongze.
