DESCRIPTION
 Simplified system which enables drilling with one
boom at once, either in the face or in the roof.
 Diesel powered articulated chassis with
permanent 4-wheel drive.
 Fail-safe, wet multi-disc service brakes with
additional fail-safe emergency-parking brake.
 Minimum tramming height: 2.3m.
 14ft feeder for face drilling operated via 1-axis
rotary actuator.
 10 ft feeder for roof bolting operated via 2-axis
rotary actuator.
 Full hydraulic proportional boom control by joystick.
Shock protection is provided.
 Ergonomic, fully adjustable operator seat with
suspension. Operator’s protection canopy
conforming to FOPS & ROPS regulations.
 B-40L Head Rotation Boom, with full automatic
parallelism in both planes, and the boom can also
be used for cross-cutting.
 Reliable hydraulic controls – ensuring low operating

FEEDER – left side F-7000 series

The feed frame is of aluminum alloy fitted with easily replaced, hollow stainless steel wear rails to carry the rockdrill
cradle, moving guide and hose reeler. The bottom pair of these rails provide the connection with the slide support
frame. The sliding fit of the rockdrill cradle and other moving parts is adjusted by means of setscrews.
Rockdrill feed is provided by an internally housed hydraulic cylinder and wire rope arrangement which provides
a feed force of 15,5 KN.
Feeder operated via 1-axis rotary actuator.

FEEDER – right side steel 10ft

The feed frame is of stainless steel fitted with easily replaced, hollow stainless steel wear rails to carry the rockdrill
cradle. The bottom pair of these rails provides the connection with the slide support frame. The sliding fit of the
rockdrill cradle and other moving parts is adjusted by means of setscrews.
Rockdrill feed is provided by an internally housed hydraulic motor and chain arrangement which provides
a feed force of 25 KN.
Feeder operated via 2-axis rotary actuator.
The feeder is equipped with additional cylinder of 500mm stroke to support it against the footwall.
