Anadarko, Noble, Total, Shell, Reliance and ONGC. Major accomplishments under this role included:

 Spearheading and efficiently managing a team of 8 planners from 4 continents to present a detailed,
integrated, work breakdown structure (WBS) project schedule using Primavera P6/P8 as a part of
tender submission.
 Having a 60-65% contribution in winning of 2 big (up to $750 Million) and 7 mid-size (up to $350

Project Controls/Scheduler for Power & Control Systems (Offshore & Land Rig Projects)

As a Project Controls/Scheduler professional overseeing two departments (Power systems and Drilling), I
was tasked to come up with a process that would effectively track project, resource and cost allocation,
utilization and 18 month look ahead. This would enable the senior executive management teams to make
intelligent business decisions in pursing new opportunities and help new product development team to
create a road map for company growth and expansion. Various milestones achieved under this role were:

 Successfully executing a process in place in 5 months that achieved the above objectives.
 Proposing and successfully implementing a reporting process that was not complex, yet detailed and
moreover that was non-existent in the business for the last 25-30 years.
 Improving an on-time project delivery from 45% to 80% in 1.5 years by suggesting department
managers to relocating available manpower, expediting deliveries without increasing cost,
challenging purchasing department to look for options to mitigate the projects running late.
 Leading initiatives to train and monitor 78 resources through progress reporter (a primavera product)
to accurately update and report at 95-99% accuracy on project status.

Project Controls for Measurement Control Solutions (Power Projects)

In the Project Controls position for a 1 year contract, I was asked to expedite a process improvement
strategy involving global service managers, project managers, project coordinators and regional training
managers for effectively managing their projects. My initiatives included understanding measurement
control solution projects all over the globe and generating a biweekly report for the general manager to
update on project status once the process was in place and executed. My major accomplishments were:

 Using my previous experience of managing resources using Primavera P6, I was able to successfully
identify and channelize available resources on projects that needed them globally.
 Significantly expediting the improvement process that involved issue identification, suggesting
solutions, training, implementing and resulting in significant increase in the on-time delivery and
reduction in wastage of resources and labor costs.
