Electronic Delivery Receipt Email

Get your Electronic Delivery Receipt from your Aruba Distributor / Partner

1. Check the license that you buy, is it correct or not.

2. Keep the email , it will be used to access the web
3. Keep “confirmation number” , it will be used to access the web
4. Keep “order number”, it will be used to download ke License Key
5. Click “Access your products” , it will open a web browser , directed to license portal

Landing Page Electronic Download

1. You will be asked to sign-in to HPE Licensing Portal. Please sign-in with your account, if you don’t
have any, please create new account.
2. Fill confirmation number from the email (usually already filled automatically)
3. Fill email address
4. Fill the check box for agree about term and conditions
5. Click “Submit” button

Software downloads and licenses

1. Copy HPE Order Number
2. Click “Key” button
3. Click “Acces License” button

Register License part.1

1. Fill in Order Number with HPE Order Number
2. Click “Next” button

3. Fill in email (see 1st page)

4. Click “next” button

5. Select the license

1. Fill in your Aruba Controller Serial Number
(Optional) Fill Friendly Name for your Aruba Controller. It will be useful if you have several Aruba
Controller
2. Click “Next” button

1. Fill “check box” to accept EULA
2. Click “Finish” button

Confirmation License Key

1. You can click “save as” to download your license or
2. You can send the license to your email
3. If you buy another License, you can click “register more”
4. The License Key that you need to install at you controller

Install License Key to Aruba Controller

To enable the software module and functionality, you must apply the software license key to your
controller.
Log in to your controller’s WebUI.
Navigate to the Configuration > Network > Controller > System Settings page and select the License
tab.
1. Copy the software license key, from your email, and paste it into the Add New License Key field.
2. Click “Add” button
3. Click “Save Configuration” button
