Salary structure
Medical benefits:
Medical benefits are insured by insurance company and company will pay monthly to insurance
company on behave of employee.

Indemnity Health Insurance Plans

Indemnity plans allow members to direct their own health care and
generally visit any doctor or hospital. The company then pays a set
portion of the total charges. Employees may be required to pay for some
services up front and then apply to the company for reimbursement

Top management: medical free

Middle management;70 percent free

Lower management:50 percent free

Advance salary:
In case of emergency application apply by the employee and basic events like eids, the advance salary is
given 50 percent of the month salary.
1. The employee may not request or receive more than one salary advance within a 12
month period;
2. The employee may not request or receive salary advances in consecutive pay
periods, even if the consecutive pay periods cross a calendar year;

3. The amount of salary advanced may not exceed the amount of salary due to the
employee at the time funds are advanced.

Repayment policy

Deduction of 30 percent salary of employee every month when the advance is not
complete.

Who is eligible for bonus


All regular full-time or part-time employees1 will be eligible to receive a bonus

Employee old age benefit:


It is insured by government of Pakistan every old age employee pay 1 percent of salary every month. On
the day of retirement government give reward to employee on the behave of company.
Under EOB Scheme, Insured Persons are entitled to avail benefit like, Old-Age
Pension (on the event of retirement), Invalidity Pension (In case of permanent
disability), Old-Age Grant (an Insured Person attained superannuation age, but
does not posses the minimum threshold for pension) Survivor's Pension (in case an
Insured Person is expired

Provident fund:
The company will deducted 5 percent of salary of every employee and 5 percent given by company t0
every employee on the end of their jobs .provident fund will be receive in two types first is who leave
the job application form apply for provident fund will be receive after 6 months when he or she apply.
And who complete their jobs on the day of retirement when he or she apply provident fund will be
receive within 1 month.

Retirement benefits:

This is private company, the company will give provident fund to retire person.

And 5marla house on retirement on age of 50.and special bonus amount to give on retirement 5lac.

Mobile telephone facility:


The mobile telephone facility is only give to the marketing department.in which
company give mobiles to the employees.

The company will give cars to director and all managers and marketing department
.bikes also given to marketing department and 50 liter petrol for personal use and100 liter petrol for
company use.

Group life insurance:


Employees who are interested in group life insurance pay 5% of their pay every month and company will
ensured through insurance company.

Group life insurance is incase of death of employee amount given to his family.
