Note : Years 1,2,3 and 4 can use the AC if the arts are messy. If simple cutting and pasting they may just use their classrooms.
Years 5 and 6 can use their classrooms during arts and crafts activities. No one is allowed to enter the AC room if not on-schedule.
Taking of materials from the AC room should be well-coordinated with the teacher in-charge.
