In the modern world health and safety issues are of the extreme importance. a wellness programs
ensure that the health and safety of the workers in any organization is under high consideration.
Leadership plays one of the major roles in developing the quality of any product or service in any
organization. Culture also affects the quality in many ways. workers and employees work with
more enthusiasm and courage when they have best reviews. Quality management is one the best
way to upgrade any organization in terms of the international organization for standardization ISO
14001 and ISO 9001 leads us to the best possible opportunities in terms of business. If there is a
culture of providing the best product to customers and to have no compromise on their satisfaction
about the provided material the workers have to utilize their skills, ability to design, creativity, and
courage to work for their organization in the most proficient manner which leads to ultimate
success and better repute all around the world. Today all the international parties and organizations
are promoting the quality standards that must be followed for which they have experts in this field.
Strong leadership develops the ability of teamwork in the working environment and the passion to
work hard among the employees.in organizations where the working staff is at high risk, quality
management play a key role in a true sense of their protection. (ALSABBAH, 2016) Higher
authorities or the top management is always thought to be responsible for both good and bad
impression of the organization so true leadership always leads to the possible success of
organization which can promote the culture of positivity and friendly attitude with the workers, so
they can work with honesty and loyalty for the organization. However, time to time trainings and
live sessions between the authority and workers must be ensured for a continual improvement.
MANAGING EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR

In any organization performance and success of organization is measured by the attitudes and the
behaviors of the employee it is one of the biggest challenges in any organization to have a good
and highly efficient work force who always show a professional attitude.in order to have the best
deliverables’ operational analysis of the organization and the qualitative performance of the
workers have a direct relationship. (Ahmad, 2013)Employees must have a consistent motivational
push and they must have some training session to boost up their moral and to improve their work
attitude. Competency maintenance also depends upon the behaviors’ of top management with the
employees and the stake holders.it is a common belief that the employee performance is one of the
a crucial part of any organizational activity and for the overall performance of the firm it is always
suggested that those factors that will lead to the best performance of the workers must bring into
being so that organization will have a better publicity around the world.in order to harness these
two prospects and to achieve the goals of any organization employees behavior must be considered
time to time and continual evaluation must be done to have a better performance all the time.
MANAGING TOTAL COMPENSATION.

Employees total compensation is managed in various ways the way they have been compensated
decades ago are different and at present there are different methods by which employees of the
organization are given the benefits. Employee benefits are in continual evolution multinational
corporations have made a rule to give compensations to their employees in all possible ways so
that the people working with them will not lose morale and hence their organization will have a
good repute. A high cost is invested in providing benefits to the workers which is obviously a
burden on the organization. most of the owners who are dealing with small scale business have a
firm belief that to have a good business the employees must be happy so that they can work more
passionately and enthusiastically. (Alexander, 2013) Incentive must be given to the workers time
to time so that they can have more creativity and productivity.

Happy workers will work for a longer period rather the workers whom have conflicts with the top
management and the ones who cannot handle the working conditions of the organization.
Employees always need a financial stability and financial security as well for the wellbeing of their
family and children. The primary function of giving compensation is to motivate the workers to
work efficiently during the working hours.

To control the accidents in organizations first the safety conditions of the organization must be
reviewed so that various hazard and the potential risk that can be caused by these hazards can be
controlled. fall, slip, trip, ergonomically, electrical and various mechanical issues can be the reason
of increasing accidents in the ware houses. these hazards can be controlled by using various
strategies such as by controlling hazard at the level of its source from where it originates we can
use proper ventilation, engineering substitutions, they can be minimized along the pathway from
where the workers can have a maximum exposure to such hazard it can be done by using exhaust
ventilation and by using protective barriers as well they can be controlled at the level of person by
providing them personal protective equipment’s ,administration can play an important role by
adopting job rotation strategies , reducing the working hours and by using other such methods
.however Ohsas and Osha guidelines must be followed to introduce the best safety culture within
any organization.in order to control absenteeism work load should be divided in such a way that
workers mind set would be modified so that they cannot make an absent in these days and they
must be present in order to get extra incentives or compensations and special reward. (Baron, 1986)
A complete check and balance must be maintained on the workers activities and their families
interviews must also be conducted time to time in order to deal with the disorders they must be
provided with proper working conditions.in order to get rid of the employee who is suffering from
aids the worker must be dealt properly proper health surveillance and cost of treatment must be
provided to him with great sympathy.

MANAGING THE LABOUR UNIONS

labor unions have been originated since eighteenth century during the industrial revolution era in
Europe.at that time a huge work force is required for the representation of workplaces .in the united
states work forces such as various unions mainly involving trade and labor union have a major role
in independence movement. Though their struggle and physical efforts did nothing and prove to
be highly ineffective for the main cause of independence but their concepts of giving protection to
the labor force did great work and became a permanent part of American culture. There are
basically three types of unions that are working for different purposes in the United States.
(Draganidis, 2006) These unions mainly involve craft union, industrial unions and as well the
public sector unions all have a defined task and purpose, and all are working for the betterment
and Nobel cause of humanity. Provide protection to the employees with all respects.

Labor unions provide security and protection to the workers in most of the industries and working
organizations these unions mostly create better job opportunities for the work seeking persons.
They Provide protection to the employees with all respects. labor unions do this task by allowing
the labors to have a free conversation with the top management to give them full compensations,
incentives and other rewards so that they can have a mental satisfaction that their organization own
them. Safe working environment, reasonable no of working hours and availability of all kind of
personal protective equipment’s must be given to them so that their out will be maximum during
the job hours. they also bargain with the industries for better medical treatment and improved
health, more vacations in which their salary is not cut, and they will be paid on their vacations due
to a valid reason, for better benefits after their job or during their retirement they must be served
with better facilities they must have a higher compensation when they are unemployed.

Labor unions have the authority to charge extra to the employees and can pressurize employs
which is regrettable fact. The procedure of unionization is highly prioritized which mainly involves
the introduction of the worker from the company into the labor unions. These persons work as
moderators or intermediaries between the company management and the employees. Real work
bargaining occurs mainly during the unionization process it is a time taking process and hence a
proper program is required for its initiation. (Michaud, 2008)Negotiable demands are mainly
focused and there is an extreme pressure to meet the labor demands within the reasonable time. If
there is a successful bargaining, then a written statement is made on which signatures of both the
parties were taken including the compromises that they have decided to make.

Grievance process mainly followed and design with the intent that the collective bargaining
agreement is properly made or not and it is designed during this process so that if there is any kind
of violation and if any of the party deny following the rules can be easily dealt.

The National Labor Relations Board was made as a free government office through the United
States Congress with helped with the National Labor Relations Act to help representatives in three
different ways. (lper, 1985) These incorporate deciding whether there are enough specialists for
conceivable aggregate bartering, to check whether a trade guild ought to speak to them and to fix
or maintain a strategic distance from conceivable out of line rehearses by organizations.
Global environment of the organizations and the effect of work place conditions on any institution
are under the prime study of the labor professionals and they must have to consider all the working
rules and regulations so that safety of all the workers is ensured at all the stages during their job
hours. Researchers and the students must have to give a brief outlook on the labors and all the
necessary updates and proper allocations that must be given to the labors with respect to changing
time. (NIEMI, 2016) They have to explore the employment trends both nationally and globally so
that all the changing trends can be manipulated, and this also involves all the safety requirements
of the marginal populations as well.

High performance HR systems

A high performance HR system mainly involves a series of steps it mainly depends upon the nature
of the project or the particular organization for which it is being designed HR manger mainly
handles this system and also involves all the stake holders including top management to the
workers who are working for the firm ,any kind of alteration in the project and the deliverance of
the information is mainly included in this category wages ,compensations and incentives must be
provided by the HR manager on time.
There are two basic principles of high performance working systems in which HR is basically
involved these are used for the analysis of the working systems and they must be considered by
the human resource managers and the strategists first principle mainly includes the mapping of the
diversified mechanisms that are involved in the working system and estimation of the
performances of all the systems in all possible contexts it ensures the relevance between the
systems need and the proposed plan and it indicates the non-conformities in the organization.

Second principle indicates the lines of analysis that can increase the performance in any
organization .it includes the analysis of the various problems at various level either internal or
external. (VNOUČKOVÁ, 2016)It also involves the attitude of the HR manager with the
employees that how it deals with all the nonconformities that are present in the organization.

An employment portfolio includes the information, qualification, background history of the

interested candidate for the available vacancy an employment portfolio can be in any form either
it is printed or in the form on an online version. portfolio mainly tells about the previous experience
and the capability of the worker for the job. Portfolios are mandatory now a days that must be
submitted to the organization on or before the announced date so that the top management must
have a review of the information mentioned in the profile and so that they can easily select the
capable person for their organization.
Conclusion:

A high performance HR system must be introduced the system must have a compliance with the
working environment it should be environmental friendly ,it should meet the regulatory
requirements and must fulfill the organizational demands.in order to get the customers satisfaction
and to attract the customers all the national and international standards must be followed up
according to the situation.in order to cope up with all the challenges AN HR manager must have
strong capability and have an influential personality in order to justify his offered plan he must
have develop a firm confidence of employs ion his designed arguments he must prefer a friendly
environment among the workers so that they can work more passionately and enthusiastically with
least errors. Paula must arrange seminars and official meetings with all the stake holders to comply
the regulatory requirements and as well as to deal with the preset challenges cost must be designed
properly and the wages of the persons must be given on time who are working for the organization
by following these golden rule best HR plan can be designed.

team members and appropriate stakeholders in meetings to facilitate the management processes.
For these meetings, be sure to:

 Distribute an agenda with a clearly stated purpose

 Invite the appropriate team members and stakeholders
