Service Information
For the safety of operator and human life, it is essential of
proper functionally of the brake during operation of
machine. The brake bleeding procedure has been given
below K Brake Bleeding ( T 1) to do bleeding in the field
at the time of requirement.

Brake Bleeding
The 430Z machine is fitted with twin circuit brakes,
therefore the circuits should be bled individually on the
Front and Rear axles. Bleed point is provided at a location
K Fig 1. ( T 1) Fill the reservoir with correct fluid (JCB
hydraulic oil Special) JCB Standard 4002/0800 and
maintain the level above the bottom of the reservoir
throughout the bleeding process. Ensure that the Engine
is running whilst bleeding is carried out. Open the bleed
screw and apply one rapid full stroke from the halfway
pedal position. After the 3rd stroke allow the pedal to
return quickly to its stop by removing the foot from the
pedal. Continue bleeding normally until all the air is
dispelled the brake line. Closing the bleed screw with the
pedal fully pressed. Repeat the process for each brake Fig 1.
unit. Finally top up the fluid reservoir to the correct level.

Always use a PVC pipe and container to avoid oil spillage

during the bleeding process K Fig 1. ( T 1)
