CASH LOANS DELIVERED WITH FORM 2004A

These are cash wire instructions to disburse funds as directed by the Form
2004A. Typically (but not always) these instructions are related to a disbursement
agent who is responsible to disburse funds to multiple warehouse lenders that have
ownership interests under a bailee letter.

How to Administer
In order to administer your cash wire instructions, you first need to locate the specific
wire instruction on the "Wire Details" page. Next, expand the wire instruction and
select the "Edit" button to access the "Modify Wire" window (see Getting Started).

Once you open the Modify Wire window, follow these steps to administer the wire
instructions:

1. Select "Yes" for Warehouse Lender

2. Select check box for Disbursement Agent

3. Use the Disbursement Agent drop down to select the disbursement agent
associated to this instruction

4. Locate the "Name of Disbursement Agent" information on your current Form

2004A

5. Enter the 2004A Letter Name so it matches the "Name of Disbursement Agent"
information from Form 2004A

6. Use the Warehouse Lender drop down to select the warehouse lender
associated to this instruction

7. Select "Add Warehouse Lender" to add additional warehouse lenders, if

necessary. Repeat this step as needed to add multiple warehouse lenders under
this disbursement agent setup.

8. Verify information and include a Nickname if one does not exist

NOTE: Payee code information including ABA # and Account # can only be
updated by completing Form 482.

9. Select "Submit Request"

NOTE: Lenders must select "Submit Request" in order to send an

association request to the warehouse lender. Once the warehouse lender
confirms the association, the wire instruction becomes active. Selecting
"Save" will NOT send an association request to the warehouse lender and
will result in an inactive wire instruction.
