The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the
25th January, 2018, and is hereby published for general information:—

THE APPROPRIATION ACT, 2018


NO. 11 OF 2018
[25th January, 2018.]
An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and
out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the financial year
2017-18.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
1. This Act may be called the Appropriation Act, 2018. Short title.

2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of India there may be paid and applied sums Issue of
not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the Rs. 80000,00,00,000
out of the
sum of eighty thousand crore rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come

in course of payment during the financial year 2017-18 in respect of the services specified in Fund of India
column 2 of the Schedule. for the financial

2017-18.

3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund Appropriation.

Schedule in relation to the said year.
