06 INCENTIVES 08 ENHANCEMENT

07 DISASSOCIATION
07.01 DUE TO FAILURE AT CLIENT END
… Targets of action plans (objectives and date) to be
adhered
… Extension by 10 % days, rounded off, max from target
dates (either stage targets or overall target) with prior
hinting will be acceptable
… Target dates extended longer than this without hinting
well in advance and without acceptable justification will
lead to disassociation

… In case of disassociation, last fortnight fees received in


advance will be returned

07.02 DUE TO FAILURE OF jpj


… During initial study, risks involved, possibilities for
success and chances for failures are all provided by jpj
… Failure due to the reasons covered under the above
study is treated as joint failure, but not that of jpj alone

… Failure due to any reason that is not identified in the


initial assessment by jpj will be treated as failure of jpj

… In such cases, action plans will be revised 3 times


max, as required and within + 10 % of project duration
in days, before accepting their failure

… In such cases, additional contributions by jpj will not be


billed

… Disassociation can be considered by clients without


attempting for revisions

… However, earlier bills cleared will not be returned
