With this letter, I would hereby like to appeal against the decision made regarding my US visa
application.
Denial letter sent by Consular Department of your Embassy states that lack of sufficient funds
deposited on my bank account are the main reason for denial of my visa application. However, I
have to make an appeal against this rational, since the Bank has withdrawn funds from my
account by technical mistake, after I have submitted my US visa application. I would also like to
notify you that the situation has been corrected, as my Bank account is being again credited with
sufficient funds in accordance with your visa policies. As I prove I am providing recent Bank
statement and letter issued by the Bank. Having in mind above stated I would like to ask you to
reconsider my application and to void your visa denial.
I trust my appeal will be looked at more favorably than my original application. Please spend a

Dear Sir
I am Sibgha Butt, born on 23/Aug./1996 in Faisalabad, Pakistan with passport number
A7113256. I applied for study visa for US on 1 st Jan. 2018. I am writing this letter as
reconsideration for the rejection of my study visa application. Which I received from the
Embassy of United States Islamabad, dated 25th Jan 2018.
I really do not understand why my study visa refused when I have shown proper proofs that I
will come back to the Pakistan after completion of my studies. I also mentioned in my letter of
motivation that I have lot of job opportunities in my home country after completion of this
degree in Germany. When I can get a good executive level job in my home country after
completion of this degree, then why I will stay in US, which is so far from my family and
belongingness. I also showed my high value commercial property documents in my visa file.
This also proves my root connection to my country. It is necessary for me to come back to my
country after completion of my degree to take care of my valued commercial property.
I have submitted all the documents in my visa file that you require as proof of my belongingness
to my country. I also write in my motivation letter about employment opportunities, which I have
in my country after completion of this degree. I have submitted and attached in this appeal again
all the required documents as proof that I will return to Pakistan after completion of my M.Phil
degree in Accounting at University of Florida.
After completion of my degree I have opportunities to get an executive level job at Associates in
Development Pvt Ltd., or Habib Bank Ltd With this job, I can earn a handsome amount of salary
in my own country. In addition, I can live with my family and friends. I also have an opportunity
to start my own business in my country. My degree duration will start on 26 th Feb. 2018 and end
on April 2020.
