ITEM DESCRIPTION

WARDROBE: Wardrobe body is made in FULL CORE FULL PANEL PLY, Doors are made up of
thick seasoned Pine wood Block Board, we recommend Block Board for doors (instead of ply) to
avoid bending in long duration. In this series also, doors will have laminates on internal side. We
have variety of laminate options in this series, more than 100 shades. Good quality Hardware
especially auto hinges, drawer roller sliders.2-3 drawers inside wardrobe. (approx. 1 Drawer per
15 sq. ft area. Glossy laminate comes in this series. DEPTH of Wardrobe will be up to 2 feet.
Hanger rod will be fitted for hanging the clothes. You can even opt 2 doors sliding system for 2nd
wardrobe, will be charged extra. Area calculation = W X H

LOFT: The whole structure will be supported by 4 inches ply frame and will have shutters made
with ply. Externally and internally laminates will be applied, we have variety of laminate options
in this series, more than 100 shades. Glossy laminates come in this series. If there is a need of
horizontal partition / Shelf in the loft space, only one partition can be provided (up to 5 rft.), extra
partition would be charged extra. In case of Gas spring (Hydraulic pump) for uplifting doors, it
can be provided as per weight capacity needed for wardrobe lofts.

BED: Modern design BED with storage made with 18 MM ply. We have variety of laminate
options in this series, more than 100 shades. Glossy laminate comes in this series. Internally
bed storage will be covered with off white liner (laminate). Head board (with ply) of 1.5 to 2 ft
height - If complex headboard (cushion) design, that will be charged separately. Area of bed will
be calculated from outer periphery of bed. Cot / Bed Area = W x L

TV UNIT: TV Panelling with Boxes, drawers with channels, for laminates, we have variety of
laminate options in this series, more than 100 shades. Glossy laminates come in this series.

DRESSING UNIT: Dressing Unit will have storage, 1-2 drawers, wall mounted mirror.

SIDE TABLE: Bed Side table approximate 18” x 18” with one drawer in laminate.

SHOE RACK: With regular laminates and Hardware.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Version one proposal is generated before any payments by our business development
team. This proposal is simply based on your available floor plan and tentative
size of the furniture components.

• Version two is generated after the package has been finalized and BOQ (scope) generated
By the designers, while this proposal includes most of the elements of
the design, including the material selection by customer and it may change if
there is alteration in the design and material specification on later date.

• Version three is made towards the end of the work. This proposal considers actual site
Measurements and actual work done and is to be considered as final quote
subject to any further changes.

• 5% advance before start of designing. This 5 percent is just the advance as commitment
from client for deploying designers for the designing. This advance is not the
designing charges, we do not charge for designing (for packages).

• 40% payment after the finalization of scope and before procurement of material, we
Procure material for complete project in one go, this reduces the
transportation, loading cost.

• 50% after the carcases / boxes are erected for furniture and before external lamination
Application.

5 % before the start of final cleaning and polishing of furniture. Client will be invited on
site to check thoroughly all the furniture and give go ahead so that
cleaning can be
started.

• Project execution shall be started once the requirement is completely frozen, materials
Choices are confirmed. After execution advance it takes around 6-7 days to
procure material and deploy execution team.

• We will provide output files like PDF and images of the designs and printouts.

• Any civil or plumbing work shall be charged separately at actual, and we may request
You to make the payments directly to vendors especially for services like
plumbing, masonry work, etc.

• If there is need of additional accessories or hardware like garment lift, trouser holder, tie
And belt rack, folding ironing board, laundry baskets, metal strips etc, and
those catalogues will be forwarded and that will be charged as per price list.
• Veneer with polish option will be costly than Laminates option as thumb rule, provided
The veneer is selected from the 50 samples. Price will vary as per the
market price of selected veneer.

• Validity of the proposal is 45 days from the submission.

• After advance payment, designer will be assigned to the project within 4-6 days.

• There may be need of slight change of design at the time of execution in case during
Execution we notice some technical limitation onsite.

• If the client is staying in the same house/flat, there may be some inconvenience of noise
And dirt though we will try our level best to reduce it.

• In case client wish to supply handles for wardrobes or fabric for Sofa or any other
Accessory, they shall get this delivered at site in time.

• Once the designs are made ready client shall refrain from cancelling the items in the
Scope, in case of cancellation of 5 percent designing effort fees will be
charged as per the standard price list of item as per proposal.

• During furniture fitting there may be some damage to colour of the walls, ideally painting
Shall be done after the furniture erection.

• Client shall take permission from society for project related work execution from 9 am to
8 pm, so that society doesn’t object to noise of execution.

• Charges for transportation to client place, lifting material to desired floor,

cleaning of flat at the end of project and picking & throwing ply, laminate debris,
is responsibility of the client. Major cleaning will be done. (Vacuum cleaning is
responsibility of client).

• Taxes (GST) will be applicable on few of the components as per govt. rates.

• Strict adherence to the payment structure will enable us to provide prompt

& effective service. Delayed payment will lead to delay in procurement and work
completion, as per policy we strictly use the funds of the particular client for
that project only and strictly avoid using funds from one client to other client's
project

• Please discuss the discount structure and reference Bonus scheme with our executive.
• Payment once received will not be refunded.
