Saline Road Asphalt Project will include placing a 3" asphalt overlay on Saline Road from Northwest Fall 2019
Overlay Blvd. to Diehl Road. Full depth pavement repairs will be made in areas where the
roadway is failing. Coldmilling at entrances where needed, pavement marking,
traffic control and construction signs are included. The project is expected to take
20 working days to complete.
E. Four Ridge Road Project will include placing a chip seal wearing surface on East Four Ridge Road Summer
Asphalt Pavement between Old Lemay Ferry Road and 800 ft. east of Old state Route 21. Project to 2019
Surface include chip seal surface, pavement marking paint, and construction signs. The
Preservation project is expected to take 20 working days to complete.
East Rock Creek Excavation of approximately two and a half feet from the peak of East Rock Creek Summer
Road Safety Road and realignment of the corner to add a three foot shoulder and guardrail, and 2021
Improvements to superelevate the road, within the turn, toward the inside. Edgeline rumble strips
will be placed in the new ten inch asphalt pavement. Pavement marking, cold
milling, and construction signs are included.
Old Lemay Ferry Rd The work in general will consist of realignment of Old Lemay Ferry Road between Fall 2020
Improvements East Rock Creek and Spring Forest. The project includes the realignment of Old
Phase 1 & 2, E. Lemay Ferry and the addition of turning lanes.

Old State Route 21 The project in general will consist of adding a left turn lane from southbound Old FY 2019
at Lions Den Road State Route 21 onto Lions Den Road and a right turn lane from northbound Old
Intersection State Route 21 onto Lions Den Road. Located at the intersection of Old State Route
Improvements 21 and Lions Den Road in Section 28, Township 43 North, Range 5 East, Jefferson
County, Missouri. The project is expected to take 30 working days to complete.
