Nurse A : "Assalamualaikum .. Good afternoon"

Mother X : "Waalaikumsalam Wr Wb, Good Afternoon .. please come in."

Nurse B : "Thank you Mom"

Ms. X : "please sit nurse. "

Nurse C : "Introduce my self . My name Dwi Azizah, and this is my colleague."

Nurse A : "My name is Niswatun Hasanah."

Nurse B : "I'm Bella Dama Shinta. We are nurses from the Pucang Medical Health
Center "

Ms. X : "Yes, I am Alfayu's Mrs, is there anything I can help? "

Nurse C : "We will conduct routine health checks on your family. This is a program
of Pucang medical health center. "

Nurse A : "Do you and your family have a health problems?"
