● Have given more than 50 campus tours to groups of around 30 prospective students and
incoming students
● Apply critical thinking and problem solving skills by assessing the environment and
group dynamics to adjust to situational circumstances like weather, accessibility, and
other needs of the group to ensure a high quality visit or orientation day experience
● Represent the University of Nebraska at Omaha at a variety of special events such as:
○ Chuck Hagel Public Service Symposium and Chuck Hagel Forum in Global
Leadership
○ Midwest Bisexual Lesbian Gay Transgender Asexual College Conference

Mavigator | January 2018 – current


● Display exemplary customer service, mainly over the phone, by being knowledgeable
about UNO’s campus
● Collaborate with professional staff and other mavigators to foster an environment that is
open and accessible to everyone using the space
● Communicate with other offices on campus on a daily basis to help connect guests and

● Guide prospective students about UNO’s general education curriculum and their major’s

Community Alliance

● Follow up with clients who have since been discharged from the agency about their
health status to know if any additional resources are needed
● Interact with clients who have been diagnosed with a variety of mental health illnesses in
order to better understand how their mental health affects their daily life
● Facilitated a group called “Food for Thought” where we talked about how food can affect
not only their bodies but also their mental health

Leadership Collective | August 2018 - current


● Work through the different aspects of what makes an individual successful as a leader
through online modules which consists of articles, videos, and reflections
● Meet with a coach three times every semester to talk through and dissect what I’ve
learned, specifically how I am going to execute the ideas while moving forward in my
career
● Incorporate what I learn from the modules and meetings by going to events such as
TEDxOmaha

Nebraska Medicine

● Interact and comfort patients as they are going through treatment, and ask if they need
any snacks, beverages, and blankets
