3. ECM Installation

1. Take out flame body moto bike

2. Take out original ECM standard and replace ECM Advance Standalone

4. Data Link driver program and STANDALONE TUNER Tuning program installation

4.1 Data Link Driver program installation

1. Download the Data link Driver program form http://www.apitechonline.com/download/

2. Open file and double click “USB-Serial.exe “

3. “FIDI CDM Driver Installation process completed.” Show on the monitor if success.

4.2 STANDALONE TUNER Tuning program installation

1.Download the http://www.apitechonline.com/download form ECM Standalone

2. Open Folder Software select file STANDALONE TUNER v8_8.msi
3. Click “Next” till last
4. “Installation Complete” Show on the monitor if success then click “Close” to finish

5. Interfacing the STANDALONE TUNER Tuning program to ECM

1. Connect Data Link cable at USB side to USB port at personal

2. Connect the other side of Data Link cable to ECM
3. Open the program ALPHA TUNER on the computer
4. Turn on the Ignition key
5. Automatic interfacing will be operated please notice the interfacing status bar at down left of the monitor
Green status bar: Interfacing success
Red status bar: Interfacing not success
6. If interfacing not success, turn the Ignition key off and On again. If not success please try with manual procedure.

5.2 Manual Interfacing

1: Click “Setup” at Tool bar

2: Click “General parameter setup”
3: Click “Communication”
4: Mouse’s Right click at “My Computer” Then click “Properties” and “Device Manager” will show “USB Serial Port
(COM xx) “
5: Click” Enable manual select” then select Port number same as USB Serial Port (COM xx)
6: Click” APPLY” to interfacing

6. Basic Tuning
6.1 Download file data in www.apitechonline.com

1. Click Download file at ECM Alpha I

2. Click “Open” at Menu File click” Folder” name “Data Tune”
3. The data will show on the table
4. Click “Send data” all page (Ctrl+P)

7. Warning
1. Please read this manual carefully
2. Please do not open the inside or modified ECM by your self
3. Please turn of the Ignition key before install the ECM
4. Please place the ECM at the save location
5. Please be sure your battery: 12-15 volt
6. Please noticed the lock in position of the data link cable. When connect to ECM the lock in position of data link
cable must be at the lock in position of ECM. If not data link cable can be damaged.
7. Please close the program tuning before disconnect and pull out the data link cable form USB port of the computer.
