    ANNEXURE I

    Tehzeeb, the cultural committee of Dr. RMLNLU in its inaugural community service day is
    organising a visit to an old age home.

    DETAILS REGARDING THE VISIT:

    Place of visit- Gudamba Marg, Near Kukrail Picnic Spot, Rasoolpur Sadat, Lucknow, Uttar
    Pradesh 226001
    Date of visit-09thSeptember’18
    Number of students visiting-40(approx.)
    Timing-12:00 am to 05:00 pm

    PLAN OF ACTION:

    1) The students will board the bus/vehicle at 011:30 am.


    2) The students will reach the old age home by 12:00 am.
    3) The students shall interact, listen to the stories, play board games, etc with the elderly at
    the old age home.
    4) The students will take with them- eatables, medicines, board games, etc (according to the
    instructions by the old age home administration) for the elderly.
    5) The students will return by 06:00 pm.
