1. Access the App Store on your iPhone:
2. In the Search field, type Avaya and tap on the search button
3. You will get a few applications, select Avaya Communicator for iPhone:
4. Tap on the Install button. You must enter your Apple ID password.
5. Once done installing, open the app by tapping on its icon:

6. Tap on OK and then Accept:

8. Select Accounts and Services
9. Select Client Enablement Services
10. Activate the Client Enablement Services button. Put your Windows username and password.
Under Server put mobile.silversea.com
Tap on Done

12. Tap on the red triangle with the exclamation mark:
13. Tap on Voicemail PIN and put your voicemail PIN, then tap on Done
14. On the main screen:

2. Select whether to receive calls made to your office number also on your mobile. If
selected (like in the screenshot below) you will receive them also on your mobile.
3. Access your contacts. By default, you’ll see your mobile’s contacts. To access the
corporate contacts, tap on Local Contacts and then select Search Enterprise Directory:
