Abstract

The guitar is important in worship music. Guitars provide the top layer of music and the melody,

which depends on the type of guitarist. Rhythm guitarists are used for the melody, and lead

guitarists are used for sound effects, solos, and pad sounds (as in piano type sound). All different

genres of music may use guitars. Guitars have been around for a long time, and are not leaving

anytime soon. Playing guitar is mostly about techniques, muscle memory and takes many years

to conquer.
