ABSTRACT

Introduction & Aims: Bran is a by-product of the rice milling process into rice. Bran with

superiority has a high enough fiber content so that the material can be used for several

nutritional improvement processes where one of them is making biscuits

Method: The type of research used was experimental, with a combination of 5%, 7% and

10% to determine the concentration of suitable bran.
